Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–6 business days

Expedited (USPS Priority / UPS 2-Day): 2–3 business days

Local Pickup (Sioux Falls, SD): Ready within 24 hours (Free)
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking will be active within 24 hours after shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Cars & Keys Automotive is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or email us — we’ll help file a claim where possible.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
